Valuation

Real estate valuation relates to issuing of an opinion on the value of the property. An expert presents their opinion based on objectivity, correct judgment, knowledge, data and experience. The estimated value is based on results of methodical collection and analysis of market data.

The value of real estate is estimated for various purposes: business needs, court needs as well as other purposes. Business needs estimation is used for the acquisition, rental or purchase of the property, real estate brokerage, construction, mortgage loans, insurance, accounting and more. The value of the property is also determined in the event of bankruptcy, merger or liquidation of the company, for tax purposes, for checking the sensitivity of the investment and in litigation.

Final reports are prepared either in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) or RICS standards and are signed by a Certified Real Estate Valuer or RICS member. Real Estate Valuation Department is led by Simon Kavka Jensterle and Andrej Lampe, both holders of MRICS titles and Certified Real Estate Valuers.

Our expert team performs valuation of the company, individual business units or activities based on the analysis of the macroeconomic environment, line of business of the company, and precise historical financial analysis. We use internationally recognized modern methods of valuation (such as the present value method of expected free cash flows, the method of comparable stock companies, the method of comparable sales transactions and the method of adjusted book values). We are doing and have experience in valuing companies for various purposes, including: purchases and sales of companies, reporting, mergers and acquisitions, extortion of minority shareholders, tax needs, etc.

Final reports are prepared in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and are signed by a Certified Business Valuer. The Corporate Valuation Department is led by Matija Filiplič, CFA title holder, an international license that brings together financial experts around the world and Certified Business Valuer.

Our experts have experience in assessing the value of all types of movable property (construction machinery, machinery, industrial equipment, home appliances, musical instruments, all types of vehicles, etc.).

Final reports are prepared in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) and are signed by a Certified Machines and Equipment Valuer. The Machines and Equipment Valuation Department is led by Simon Kavka Jensterle, Certified Machines and Equipment Valuer.
